Delivery Timelines
- Estimated Delivery Time: 5–10 business days
- Online orders are delivered within 5–7 business days to major centres (Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, and Durban), and within 10 business days for regional or remote areas.
- Please note, delivery timeframes exclude weekends and public holidays.
Production Lead Times

Returns & Refunds
- Ready-made items may be returned within 3 days of receipt.
- All deliveries must be inspected and signed off before the driver departs. If any item is damaged or defective, please notify us within 24 hours at shop@outlandishlifestyle.com
- If an item is out of stock, a full refund will be issued.
- Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after the item has been inspected. Refunds are made via EFT into the customer's nominated bank account, with proof of banking details required from the bank.
- Sale items and custom-made products are non-refundable.
