Delivery Timelines

• Estimated Delivery Time: 5–10 business days

• Online orders are delivered within 5–7 business days to major centres (Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, and Durban), and within 10 business days for regional or remote areas. 

• Please note, delivery timeframes exclude weekends and public holidays.

Production Lead Times

• Scatter cushions, rugs, robes, table linen, and table décor: 2–3 days (unless otherwise stated)

• Ready-made items may be returned within 3 days of receipt.

• All deliveries must be inspected and signed off before the driver departs. If any item is damaged or defective, please notify us within 24 hours at shop@outlandishlifestyle.com

• If an item is out of stock, a full refund will be issued.

• Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after the item has been inspected. Refunds are made via EFT into the customer's nominated bank account, with proof of banking details required from the bank.

• Sale items and custom-made products are non-refundable.
